Yes, of course! Once we’ve provided a valuation certificate and come to an agreed price, you can drive your vehicle for a few weeks before arranging a time for us to come collect it. We’re all about convenience, don’t forget!

You certainly can! We are still able to buy your car, even if it’s being financed. We’ll just need a formal payout letter that states the balance owing from the company providing your finance. After we’ve come to an agreed price, we’ll then pay your finance provider the amount owing, and you’ll receive the remaining total. If the value of your car is less than the amount owing, we might be able to help you with refinancing, so get in touch if this is a concern for you.

Absolutely not! The valuation is completely free, and you aren’t obliged to go any further with a sale or anything else for that matter. We don’t pressure you into a price you don’t like, and we certainly don’t push for a sale. Every step is guided by you, our customer, so if at any time you change your mind or decide not to engage our services, that’s your choice!

The short answer is no, not every vehicle, because if your car is stolen, has been written off, has a history of damage or is in poor condition, we’re unable to but it. However, if your car has been manufactured after 2002 and has been driven for no more than 180,000 kilometres, it’s fairly safe to assume we’ll buy it on the spot. If you’re unsure why not book an inspection? It’s free and we come to you wherever you are, so there’s really nothing for you to lose!

As a licensed automotive trader, we are able to purchase cars that currently do not have a roadworthy. We can inspect your vehicle and arrange for its collection upon payment.

Depending on your banking institution, your payment should arrive in a matter of 1 – 3 business days. We make payment as soon as you’ve agreed to the price, but we won’t pick up the car until the funds have cleared completely. This way, you can be assured of safety and security when it comes to the sale of your car.
